
On June 13, the National Pharmaceutical Project held a kick-off meeting for the preparation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" development plan to comprehensively deploy the planning work and plan the layout for the development of the next five years. Company party secretary, chairman Chen Jinhui attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the preparation of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan", implemented the relevant requirements of the Sinopatric Group, and deployed the preparation of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" of the Sinopatric Project. The participating departments conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the company's development concepts and key tasks in the next five years.
Chen Jinhui put forward three requirements for the planning work: first, to improve the position and deepen understanding. Middle-level managers should fully understand the great strategic significance of the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" and enhance their sense of responsibility and mission. The second is scientific planning, precise policy. Each business team should base on its own resource endowment, business reality and location advantages, conduct in-depth investigation and research, and strengthen planning convergence; at the same time, brainstorm and build consensus to ensure that the implementation path and measures are in line with the company's reality, both operability and pertinence. The third is to strengthen implementation and cohesion. All responsible units must clarify the division of labor, consolidate responsibilities, improve working mechanisms, and promote planning work with high standards and high quality to ensure that various tasks are effective.
The convening of this kick-off meeting marks the comprehensive development of the "15th Five-Year Plan" for the National Pharmaceutical Project. The company will take this as a new starting point, gather consensus, gather strength, and jointly draw a blueprint for development in the next five years, laying a solid foundation for promoting the company to achieve high-quality sustainable development.
