Four projects of Sinophobe Engineering won the 2025 National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award, including 2 first prizes, 1 second prize, and 1 third prize.

First Prize

biological Engineering Park Project of Qilu Pharmaceutical and Biological Pharmaceutical Industrial Park

This project is located in Jinan High-tech Zone, Shandong Province, with a total construction area of about 77000 square meters. It is the largest commercial production project of monoclonal antibodies in China. The symmetrical building layout of this project concentrates on the power, water, air pressure and other public systems, which improves the utilization rate of equipment, reduces the investment in equipment, and greatly increases the aesthetic feeling of the building. The eukaryotic stock solution 3400 workshop is equipped with 4 antibody production lines, each of which shares a medium and buffer preparation system, significantly reducing equipment costs; the layout makes full use of gravity flow transportation to reduce material loss, while reducing CIP cleaning water and material transportation energy consumption. The project is designed and built in strict accordance with FDA cGMP and EUGMP standards, and the technology adopted has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The project as a whole has reached the international leading level, and has realized the high-quality domestic substitution of heavy imported drugs.

Billions of Ejiao Biotechnology Industry Project

The project is located in Dong'e Economic Development Zone, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, with a total construction area of about 210000 square meters. The project integrates production, logistics and industrial tourism and other functions, and is committed to creating a benchmark model for industrial-level tourist attractions. In the overall planning and workshop layout, the project breaks through the traditional design ideas, takes the creation of 4A-level industrial tourist attractions as the main line, and coordinates the realization of industrial automation, energy saving and emission reduction and the maximization of comprehensive benefits. The project has been officially awarded the title of "4A scenic spot" by the National Tourism Administration, and has become an industrial tourism benchmark integrating high-tech production, green environmental protection and health preservation experience. it provides a replicable practical sample for the traditional Chinese medicine industry from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing.

Second prize

yantai Rongchang Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. Taiai Project Construction Project, Yantai Rongchang Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. Biological Preparation Building Construction Project

The project is located in Yantai Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a total construction area of about 38000 square meters. It has built two international advanced technology platforms, "antibody and fusion protein drug development platform" and "antibody drug conjugate (ADC) drug development platform", which can meet the needs of the whole process from R & D to commercialization of more than ten innovative drugs. It is a rare innovation benchmark project in China to break through the generic drug model. The project adopts a large number of international advanced production equipment and engineering technology, and some professional fields solve the technical problems of R & D transformation through innovative design. Its completion has strongly promoted Rongchang Biology to make a series of international breakthroughs. The output of two national first-class new drugs, Tetacep and Vidicetuzumab, has achieved a historic result of overseas authorization totaling more than US $6.8 billion, created a record for China's innovative drugs to go to sea, and made important contributions to China's breakthrough of international biopharmaceutical barriers.

shenzhen Zhonghe Hydewei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Pharmaceutical Production Base Construction Project

The project is located in Pingshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of about 36000 square meters. The production plant of the project adopts an efficient and intensive "hierarchical partition" layout, which greatly optimizes the production process and logistics flow line, and effectively saves space resources. Through the successful introduction of a series of advanced technology and intelligent production equipment, the project has realized the "seamless connection" from the completion of construction to the operation, and all technical and economic indicators have fully met or exceeded the design requirements. the overall efficiency is in the leading level in the same field in China, with significant economic, social and environmental benefits.
