Recently, the National Pharmaceutical Project successfully won the bid for the general contracting project of raw material medicine wastewater treatment of Hunan Warner Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

The project is located in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, with a daily wastewater treatment scale of up1000 tons. In view of the characteristics of raw material medicine wastewater, the Chinese medicine engineering innovation put forward the hierarchical treatment and fine classification treatment scheme, breaking through the traditional "one size fits all" treatment mode, to ensure the stability of the effluent standard. Project Adoption advanced technologies such as sludge reduction it significantly reduces system energy consumption, carbon emissions and operating costs, and is highly compatible with the development concept of "green intelligent manufacturing" of Warner Pharmaceutical Factory.

After the completion of the project, it will effectively solve the problem of wastewater treatment in the production of raw materials of Hunan Warner Pharmaceutical Factory, provide a solid environmental protection guarantee for the international certification of high-end raw materials, and inject green power into the sustainable development of Changsha Wangcheng biomedical industry cluster.
