Recently, the National Pharmaceutical Project won the bid for the subcutaneous implantation project of Sanno Bio IPOCT Industrial Park. The project is located in Changsha High-tech Zone. After the completion of the project, the large-scale production of new products iCARE and iCGMS developed by Sannuo Biology will be realized. Our company will give full play to the design advantages of full specialty and full coverage in the pharmaceutical industry, completed the design tasks of machine processing workshop, injection molding workshop, aseptic instrument assembly workshop, diagnostic reagent workshop, quality control liquid preparation workshop (including freeze-drying), biochemical testing workshop, physical and chemical laboratory, inspection center and dense elevated warehouse involved in the production process of this project. The use of industrial automation solutions to achieve tens of millions of medical device products safe, orderly production. From the design point of view, the automation and intelligence in the production process of the project are truly realized.
In addition to the subcutaneous implantation project of Sannuo Biological IPOCT Industrial Park, the National Pharmaceutical Project has undertaken dozens of medical device industry projects in recent years, such as the industrial base construction project of Yantai Zhenghai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the Mingkang Zhongjin Medical Device Industry Base project, relying on years of design accumulation.
Yantai Zhenghai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production of implant materials and artificial organs, interventional equipment, dental materials, etc. The total land area of this project is 140 mu, and the main design contents include oral cavity repair membrane, biofilm, bone repair material production workshop, 3D printing products, high swelling degradable hemostatic materials, absorbable hard brain (spinal) membrane repair material research and development pilot workshop and supporting office building, power center, animal room, chemical warehouse and ethylene oxide sterilization room. The project is designed in accordance with the "Medical Device Production Quality Management Standard" and "Sterile Medical Device Production Management Standard". In the design, according to the product characteristics and production characteristics, functional modules are set up in hierarchical partitions, and reasonable partitions are interrelated. The completion of this project will write a new chapter in the field of regenerative medicine.
The Mingkang Zhongjin Medical Device Industry Base project covers an area of about 60 mu. The products produced are medical non-invasive ventilators, high-flow non-invasive respiratory humidification therapeutic instruments, household non-invasive ventilators, respiratory consumables, ozone sterilizers, etc. At the same time, the R & D test building, restaurant dormitory building, production workshop, warehouse, waste warehouse and other related supporting facilities are designed to meet the functional requirements. The products involved in this project are designed according to the standards of clean workshops and meet the requirements of medical equipment production quality management standards. This design project combines the streamlined production line technology to effectively solve the industrial production of non-invasive ventilators and supporting products. At the same time, it has successfully completed the core laboratory design tasks such as electromagnetic compatibility, aging test, acoustic shielding test, and natural environment simulation test of medical equipment involved in this project. In today's normalization of domestic epidemic prevention and control and the white-hot international epidemic, the construction of this project will not only further promote the development of the entire industry of domestic respiratory diagnosis and treatment equipment, but also contribute to the global fight against the epidemic.
