First-class achievement: CR Sanjiu (Chenzhou) South China Manufacturing Center (Economic Development Zone) Project

the project is located in the Economic Development Zone of Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, with a total construction area of about with an area of 80000 square meters, the national medicine project takes "intelligence of the whole process and digitization of all factors" as its core, combines the production characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and integrates the technologies of automatic storage, extraction and feeding, preparation airflow transportation and automatic warehouse to create 11 intelligent manufacturing scenarios, realizing a numerical control rate of 100 for key equipment and a networking rate of 90%. The project was awarded the "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmarking Enterprise" in Hunan Province, setting a new benchmark for the intelligent upgrading of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.

the project is located in Yidu City, Hubei Province, with a total construction area of about50000 square meters. As a benchmark project in the field of large-scale fermentation and purification of biological products in Hubei Province, the project strictly follows international cGMP and domestic GMP standards, and has achieved many industry breakthroughs in hardware configuration and software systems. Through the innovative application of process simulation technology, the functional partition layout of large fermentation tanks and the design of insulin purification segmentation process have been completed, creating a new path for the domestic insulin production process and providing an important demonstration for the high-quality development of the industry.
Second-class results: Jin Brand Holding Zhengtang Pharmaceutical Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granules Phase II Project

The project is located in Huangshi City, Hubei Province, with a total construction area of approximately60000 square meters. This project uses core technology breakthroughs and intelligent applications to optimize the production process and equipment of formula granules, build a full-process quality traceability and automatic control system for near-infrared online monitoring and big data analysis, and realize online product quality control. According to the characteristics of multi-variety and small batch in the formula granule workshop, the project introduces the intelligent collection and delivery system of traditional Chinese medicine and AGV equipment control system. Through the integration of warehouse management system and unmanned handling trolley control system, the collection and delivery operation process is standardized and the picking efficiency of single person is improved.
The project pioneered the industry's full-process transparent and non-changing visit mode, using the production area and the visit channel partition transparent design, breaking the long-standing technical blockade barriers in the Chinese medicine industry, and providing replicable and popularized design demonstrations for similar projects in the industry.
Third-class results: poinsettia pharmaceutical Guangzhou Lianrui factory production base construction project203 Complex Preparation Building(Runer (Guangzhou) Ophthalmic Drug Co., Ltd. Innovative Drug Intelligent Manufacturing Base)

The project is located in Nansha District, Guangzhou City, with a total construction area of about40000 square meters. The project is designed and constructed in accordance with the principles of forward-looking, economical and scalable, in line with FDA and EU GMP requirements. In the energy consumption control design, the innovative use of air conditioning sub-system control energy consumption scheme, accurately match the energy consumption needs of different production areas, in the space and process design, the four production lines adopt a phased construction mode to achieve compact layout, while strictly dividing the logistics channels to ensure no cross-contamination. After the completion of the project, the product quality will reach the leading level of similar products in China.
Third-class results: Tianjin WuXi AppTec New Drug Development Co., Ltd. Rongda Project

the project is located in Tianjin Economic Development Zone, with a total construction area of approximately
11000 square meters. Faced with the challenges of high energy consumption and large space requirements brought about by high-throughput chemical experiments, the project adopts systems such as unpowered new fans to reduce building load and noise interference. The overall energy efficiency and space utilization rate are better than the industry level, providing a high-quality demonstration for the construction of intensive research and development bases.
