On October 28, the Jiangyin factory project of Fujian kerui pharmaceutical, built by the national pharmaceutical project, passed the completion acceptance smoothly.. Fujian Kerui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. highly recognized the professional ability and fine management of Sinopharm Engineering in the whole cycle of the project, and issued the honorary certificate and medal of "high-quality engineering project" on site, fully affirming the excellent performance of the project in design optimization, construction quality and process control.

The project is located in the Jiangyin Port City Economic Zone of Fuzhou City, and the construction content covers the production line of cyclosporine, sirolimus and tacrolimus raw materials and oral solution production line, the aim is to expand the workshop capacity, meet the market demand at home and abroad, and accelerate the industrialization process of new pharmaceutical products.

In the design stage, the National Pharmaceutical Project insisted on"Demand-oriented, technology-led" as the principle, the formation of a professional team in-depth field survey and process docking. According to the site conditions and production requirements, the designers continuously optimize the scheme around energy saving, consumption reduction and quality improvement. Through reasonable planning of equipment layout and introduction of high-efficiency energy-saving technology, the project investment can be saved by more than 10% on the premise of ensuring advanced technology and compliance, thus effectively controlling the construction and operation costs for the owners.

During the implementation of the project, Sinopa Engineering builds a whole-process lean management and control system. The construction team formulated a special construction plan in advance, created construction models for key links such as the cleanliness requirements of quality inspection research and development laboratories, strain rooms and refining workshops, and pipeline arrangement accuracy, and ensured construction quality through standardized operations.
